Let’s make you a better person

I need to jumpstart this drive to update my website more often but I often find myself busy and become lazy to do so. Regardless, I’ve become interested in books because they provide a tremendous amount of value to people’s lives, and I want to share this with you because it has helped me and I’m sure it will help you too!

From the book “Miracle Morning” by Hal Elrod these are 5 things you can do to make your life better.

  1. Before going to sleep, tell yourself that when you wake up tomorrow you’re going to be full of energy, happy, and ready to tackle any problems.
  2. Set your alarm far away from you so as to not be tempted to fall asleep when you wake up to hit turn it off.
  3. Excercise/shower.
  4. Brush your teeth.
  5. Wash your face.

Now it may seem ridiculous to tell yourself that by saying you will wake up you will have more energy. But it is all a mindset much like when you think, “I’m only getting 5 hours of sleep, I’m going to be tired when I wake up”. You’re immediately setting yourself up for failure. By forcing your mind to think positive, you set yourself for a more happier morning where you can accomplish more. Since I started doing this my life has become exponentially better. I wake up with so much energy that I don’t even know what to do with.

Go ahead and pick this book up on Amazon, Thriftbooks, or wherever it’s cheaper. The audiobook also works and can inspire you to have a great morning!
